It is, therefore, very important to read these terms.

As the boutique of services that we offer expand, we may review, expand, adjust, or delete any of these provisions at such a time and without prior notice to you.

You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with our most current terms and conditions, and we advise that you check back on this page often for reviews.

Your continued use of the services after any changes to this agreement indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions, and of any such changes.

We provide an independent online service that enables teachers and students to connect for the purpose of teaching/learning.

Users are expected to register on the app as either learners or teachers. Learners may then go ahead to post a teaching job that qualified teachers can apply for. Then, the learner can interview the teachers and finalize with one of them.

Services offered through this app include but are not limited to Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Communication skill, Teamwork, Adaptability, Problem-Solving, Analytics, Social media, Graphic design, Microsoft Office, Spreadsheets, Email communication, Marketing automation, Data visualization, Artificial Intelligence, Work Ethic, Interpersonal Skills, App Designing and Development, Painting, Miniature, Electrician, Plumber, Ac work, Hard skills, Soft skills, etc.

The app also provides users with a library where they can find past papers, syllabuses, storybooks as well as other kinds of documents related to education.

We also help schools, colleges, universities, and other institutes to find the best teachers/coaches/skilled person through our application process.

As a user of these services, you understand that ChatTeach does not by itself provide teaching services, but simply offers a third-party connecting service for teachers and students to connect.

To use this app and its services, you must be at least 12 years of age. If you are however, younger than 18 (or the age of reason in your jurisdiction), you must use the app under the guidance and with the approval of their parents/guardians.

Our app and provided services are intended for use all over the world, but we do not represent that the service we so provide is appropriate or available for use in your country.

To use our services, you must first download the ChatTeach app from Apple Store or Google Play.

We will then require you to register for and subsequently maintain an active personal user account. To open this account, we will ask you to provide us with personal information such as name, contact information, phone number, credit/debit card details, and age.

You may register as a teacher or as a learner.

Using our discretion, we have the authority to either accept or reject your application to become a ChatTeach user, and we will be under no obligation to offer you reasons for our rejection if we reject your application.

You must provide and then maintain information that is accurate, honest, complete, and current in your user account to continue to gain access to our app, and you understand that we may restrict your access to the app (whether partially or permanently) if we find your provided information to be inaccurate, incomplete or untruthful.

We will hold you personally responsible for all the activities that happen under your account. This is why it is important that you keep your account name and password secret and confidential to yourself at all times. You are to immediately inform us if you suspect that a third party has gained access to your account without your permission.

You are allowed to register and operate only two ChatTeach accounts as a teacher and as a learner. We may suspend duplicate accounts and penalize offenders.

Whilst ChatTeach is always working hard to keep the information on the app detailed, robust, and current, we do not represent that the information will indeed be detailed, full, and current. We, therefore, will not be liable for any damage or harm that any user may experience that is connected to the precision, timeliness, or comprehensiveness of the information so provided.

Not a free service: You understand that this is not a free service and that you will be required to pay for your use of the service.

Choice of teacher: You are fully responsible for your choice of a teacher(s). While we have provided a platform where teachers and potential learners can connect, you understand and accept that you, and not us, are fully and legally responsible for whom you choose to become your teacher.

Payment: You will take the financial liability of payment to the teacher in order to use our teaching services through ChatTeach. The payment will be decided mutually, and may differ from teacher to teacher, as the teachers are responsible for setting their own service rates. Learners have to pay the mutually decided payment upfront and the teacher corresponds that payment to us through our application for the teaching services to begin through ChatTeach.

Service fee: Anytime you use our service to hire a teacher, we will charge your hired Teacher a service fee. This shall be 15% (percent) of the total fees paid to the hired teacher.

Refund Policy: Our refund policy applies only to jobs that are long term. Under this arrangement, you must make full payment for the long-term or short-term teaching through any of our payment gateways. You may also cancel that teaching arrangement; in which case you will get a refund for the remaining days of the original arrangement.

You understand that there are no free trials for our short-term or long-term hires. Under this arrangement, learners interview and hire a candidate and then pay them before session/class starts, with no expectation of a refund.

Communication: You understand that you are responsible and liable for all communications with your teacher. We will not be responsible for any further relationship between you and your teacher(s) beyond the connection service that we provided.

No guarantee: We will do our best to register only qualified teachers, and will carry out due diligence by asking for and taking down teachers’ CNIC/passport information, as well as asking for documented proof of their degree and skills. Despite these precautions on our part, you understand that you must also interview your chosen teacher and personally verify all claims made by that teacher as per his/her expertise in the area you hire him/her to teach you. We will not be reasonable or liable for any dissatisfaction with your chosen teacher.

Representation: You hereby represent that you have the ability to offer teaching services in your chosen field. This may require you to have certifications in some courses. We may require you, but we are not under any obligation to do so, to provide us with some documentation for verification purposes before your application to become a teacher on the app is approved. Failure to provide this documentation may be automatic grounds for rejection of the application.

Choosing a student: Registered learners are allowed to use our services to search for a suitable teacher based on preferences such as subject and proximity. Based on the learner’s criteria, your name may be suggested to that learner, who might then contact you for further discussions. While we have provided a platform where teachers and potential learners can connect, you understand and accept that you, and not us, are fully and legally responsible for whom you choose to become your learner.

Payments: We do not take the liability of any ChatTeach registered learner/student’s inability or delay to pay your fees. Therefore, you are required to request a payment from a learner/student upfront by using the payment request feature on ChatTeach application. Once payment is received by us, our ChatTeach billing team will transfer your payment to your account. These payments will be made in a biweekly format in the case of a long-term job completion, while short-term job completion will warrant the payment as soon as the job is completed and the correspondence is received through both the learner and the teacher.

Service fee: Anytime you use our service to procure a teaching job, we will charge you a service fee. This shall be 15% (percent) of the total fees paid to you by the learner.

Communication: You understand that you are responsible and liable for all communications with your student. We will not be responsible for any further relationship between you and your learner(s) beyond the connection service that we provided.
